‘Vaccinations and some vitamins are the most effective interventions’.

Peter Aaby, Professor at Statens Serum Institute and Director of Bandim Health Project critises systems for thinking that they do good without evaluating themselves. In his answers to Global Health Minders' five questions about Global Health, Prof. Aaby underlines that Global Health should be about understanding the full picture and the full implications of our interventions. We need systems that allow the possibility to evaluate themselves and if needed, conclude that what has been done, could be wrong. Filmed by Anita Hopland and Birgitta My Anttila.
