GHM debate: What comes first: Education or Health?

Most of the world agrees on the benefits of education… but what is so smart about schooling? Should we not first make sure that people are healthy enough to learn something before we start teaching them?

Come and join us in a Global Health Minders debate on 19 June 2014 at 15.00 at the University of Copenhagen. Journalist Knud Vilby and Member of the Danish Parliament Lone Loklindt will open the debate with short presentations and facilitator Mette Holm is ready to ask the critical questions and guide the discussion.

Come prepared: Read Mette Holm’s article ‘Education or Health? Either or?
